The prescribed dress code of the event is business casual.

Students, professionals, and leaders from the UP System and its constituent universities, state universities, and colleges,higher education institutions, government agencies, private sector entities, and media are welcome to join the conference. Whether you are an expert or just an enthusiast, there’s a place for you at the conference.

Wi-Fi credentials will be provided on the event day.

For guests and speakers, please coordinate with the AIPH 2025 Secretariat via email at [email protected]. Note that parking spaces in UP Cebu is limited and will be opened on a first come, first served basis.

When you arrive at the venue, please show your confirmation email and QR code at the registration area. There’s no need to print anything.

Assigned seating will be implemented. Guests will be ushered to their respective seats upon event check in.

Attendance is limited to those who have pre-registered and received a confirmation email. Due to limited slots, other registrants may be accommodated online via our official channels.

The conference is free and open to all. Stay tuned for when the registrations start!

Participants will get an E-Certificate of Attendance/Appearance per request. Expect your certificates to arrive 1-2 working weeks after the event.
